You have a very nice layout.
A few things tough:
Try out a rollover effect for the menu accross the top.
Make your links stand out more with a different colour than the rest of the text. If your visitors can pick out the links just by looking at the page, chances are most of them won't get clicked on.
The box on the right of your Accountancy page: the links are bizarre. The whole two lines are underlined when rolling over them, but only the first line is actually a link. That makes things really confusing. I would definitely suggest changing that.
Opening links in new windows is not a good idea. If people click on a link, that's what they want to look at. Your "Find us" link, and a pdf link open in new windows.

On your thumbnails, try adding a one pixel border. Doing so should make it a bit cleaner. You may even want to try adding a simple shadow.

Also, on the "Find Us" link, maybe you could capture the picture that popups up of your map and somehow include it in a page of your sites design rather than link it to another. If you were to do this though, make sure that you include documentation indicating the original creator.

G'luck.

Nice, Clean Layout

Nice logo. The word "training" is difficult to see though.

If you plan on making this site public as it is, I suggest taking out the "Legal" and "Pharmaceutical" links if there is no content there. Saying Coming Soon is not likely to make your visitor come back and only makes your site feel incomplete.

I don't understand the Supplements. Are these dietary supps? What is B&B?

The picture of the woman on the right in your Accountancy Page is wierdly stretched out.
