www.teamdesignateddriver.com
Team Designated Driver is an ASP site that I developed for a team entering the DARPA grand challenge. I am looking for critique on the look and general feel of the site. You can visit it here:

I like the colors on this site. Very consistent and logical.
But, oh that wiley FrontPage. Take a look at your code. You have three separate HTML documents, two of which are just header information. My guess is that you have two ASP includes and did them in FrontPage. On this front page also, just a suggestion: put the "Be a TDD Sponsor" in the same column as the sponsors, probably above them. On your page with the movies, you have a couple of files with spaces in them. This will cause problems with some browsers. And just a picky grammatical thing: when you introduce an acronym, you should state the full name (i.e. - "Team Defensive Driver (TDD)") since not everyone will be familiar with it. This is in reference to the "DARPA" on the front page. Otherwise, good stuff. |

Thank you for review
bocmaxima,
Thank you for your comments. You are right. I have a header and footer include files that were both done in frontpage. I will physically edit the files to have just one set of html tags. I found this in W3C reviewer as well. And; just judging from the Team Defensive Driver comment, you are right. It should be TDD (Team Designated Driver.) I will also rename the movie files. What kind of problems would occur if I did not rename them? danskapia |
