What do you guys think about this site, its the first major site that i did 100% of the work on, i'm just looking for general critiques, mainly design and functionality, the site is a real estate site that pulls its contents from an MLS thingy

Looking good! well done.
The only thing i would suggest is it could do with a little livening up! Maybe a few pictures on the front page to catch the users attention and to break that big expanse of writing.
Functionally its sound. Search works, Pagination works. Didn't register but i assume that works great!
Also maybe a little more content wouldn't go a miss e.g. a seperate Contact Us Page Privacy Poilcy, About Us etc. I know the majority of this is on your welcome page but maybe considering breaking this out into those pages and only having the Essential stuff on the Welcome page.
Consider it much like fishing. The front page is like the bait. It has to have something which attracts the user (fishy) to wanting to take a bite and use your services.
Now you don;t chuck a fish a 3 course meal you chuckthem a little bit to get them interested.
