To tell you the truth, I really really not fond of the colour scheme. I mean, my eyes have to adjust when looking from one element to another.
You have red, blue, yellow, black, and white, and the strongest possible shades of each. I would suggest toning down the shades at least. Maybe even cutting a couple colours out. Consider using several shades on one colour instead.

The first I thought of when seeing the site is: CHILDRENS BOOK!!!,, Its way Kiddy colors.. But if that is what you are coing for well hey... And the FONTS!! ,, sure you're not making a kiddy site ?

I say...

- Very busy...
- Some 'rounded-corner' s are offset and look funky...
- Color is supposed to enhance your website and help
seperate content... not the other way around..

+ Very obvious as to what your site's about
+ All links are (relatively) the same text size
+ Seperation in your lists with alternating (color) with white
