Hi Rony,
Really nice design.
I would do some vlidation on the "contact me" message thing thoug, or change your message if fields (i.e. all) are blank.
Otherwise, excellent

Good Job,
I'd just get someone to read over the "About ME" info, as some grammar is incorrect.
As well the first link in your portfolio is not working or the site is not being found.
Other then that, nicely done.

As a user, I want to be able to click on the hands from the homepage, not just 'enter' - I would also expect links from the hands to take me to the appropriate section of the site (programming / design for the right hand, for instance).
The 'about me' sounds... well, inexperienced. If you're looking to garner leads for employment with this site, you'll need to rework your copy here. If this really just is for kicks, then don't worry about it.
In the portfolio section, the images in the iframes load *very* slowly - I'm on either a T1 (work) or Cable (home), so I doubt its my connection. You might want to rethink using iframes on these images (probably not necessary).
Shouldn't 'my project' be 'my projects'? You have more than 1 in there...
Really, though, the site's look is excellent - you're a talented designer. Good job.
