My first responsive site
i just started practicing responsive design a month or two ago and as it often happens, it let to my website redesign... )
What do you guys think?
*only the home page is responsive

You have done good design. You should improve menu because it will not work on mobile devices.

I like your website, well done!
Can you get the homepage images optimized?
Because as it is, the first request is kinda slow.
Many pages have a different layout, your website layout is not consistent enough IMO.
For example "Photos" and "Resume" are completely different from "Home" and "Resources"

Its good enough but i think the font for the body text need to be reconsider.

Nice looking site, but as others have said maybe have a look at changing the fonts?
Your sidebar navigation links are now broken (they've got the url duplicated), and your footer is empty, but not sure if that was the same before.
Finally, perhaps use the same logos for the menu, but put them along the top (no text) for the mobile site. Just make sure the logos are obvious enough, or perhaps add text to the images.

Nice work. Optimize your homepage image, then it will look more beautiful.
