Hi Kevin,
I like it, must be pretty cool from an ipad but it is pleasant enough from a notebook too.
Can you make the captcha background colour match the website background colour?

All generalizations are false, including this one.

I don't get the idea why on the portfolio your logo hides the hovered item instead of emphasize it.All the rest i think is nice good job

Pretty well designed and looking smart. A complete package of a business website. Good work done! Promote your website well enough to touch the heights.

Looks really nice!
A couple of comments, I'd personally keep the top menu available at all times, you could just set the div to position: fixed.
Secondly, for your contact links in the footer, load them as one sprite image so they all load at once. (Set them as the anchor background-image: url('url'), then set the background-position and background-size properties so you're displaying the right part of the sprite...

Good design, I always like metro style design and your website is clean and well organized. The only suggestion I have is that you may add a hover effect to your site logo, do you agree with me?

The website is really good. It is upbeat and can also be a hub for thsose young professional. My concern as from a user point-of-view is that in your blog menu, some texts are already crowding maybe because the color makes texts too heavy. In addition, the texts itself are too loaded. Maybe you can remove some unnecessary texts in the over display of blogs.
Then, in your portfolio, i cannot get the point of displaying your logo when one of the project is hovered. Can i suggest to remove this feature and enlarge the image (or the website itself) rather.
Thanks!

Very simple but it needs more spacing.

You have some challenges with responsive. For example 360x576 - IE8 is different, because of scrollers you have some differences on FF and Chrome, etc. On desktop looks pretty good.
