1025 1028 etc empty system32 dirs
i´ve about ten dirs in system32 that
have all similar names and are empty except 1033 that contains the dwintl.dll file with a dialup icon i wonder if this dirs are really necessary and because i hate trash in my pc can any1 tell me if i can delete those dirs please feedback me

If i am not mistaken these folders are from Hotfixes that microsoft uses. Honestly, I am not sure if you can delete them or not. IF you have hotfixes on them i'd just let them be. and the .dll file in 1033 dir is a IE6 sp1 update.
