    2000(FAT32) -> 2000(NTFS) in a partitioned HD

    I have here 1 HD partitioned(C,D) with a FAT32 on both partitioned. Im planning to convert the C to NTFS, if i reformat the C and make it NTFS, can i still have an access with my D(FAT32) and can get the files from there? Thanks!

    yes....

    your NTFS partition will see your FAT32 partition and visa-versa

    if it were NT, NTFS would only see a FAT16 partition and not the otherway (FAT16 cannot see the NTFS partition, and neither would FAT32)
