Hello,

I dont know where to ask this so i'll just ask it here.

You know you get all these add ons for internet explorer like toolbars, search functions, cache settings, etc., do you need permission from Micro*oft to make them?

Do you want to make your own stuff? You can make this stuff with VB/VC++ or other. You can even make your own browser (well the core is of course IE) easily with visual studio stuff, using the WebBrowser component, you can design whatever GUI and what not you want for it .. and if you just want to download addon's and skins, you can find this stuff all over the place. Google.com has one. I think you can find many at download.com, just do a search on .. Google=) .. Well hope this helps ..
