adding users to a domain in w2k Adv Server
I have a w2k server which is the domain controller and I'm trying to add users to that domain (i.e a laptop) to share resources. I know I've got all the IP addresses right and setup the DNS okay.
Both the computers can see each other. But when I try and add/join the domain (on the server) from my laptop I get an Access Denied message. even though I specifed teh right information. Also I have created a user in the admin area (computers and user, in the management console). Does nayone know of any tutorial on this on the interent or can put me in the right direction. |

Sounds like it should run then.
Are you sure that you set the computer to accept remote login and allowed all users to login remotely? |
