AOL's needs(services&DLL'S&process's)

My AOL has gone almost semi-paralyzed;E-mail works, but will not
download pages or access help functions, anything but e-mail.
I can copy url's obtained in e-mails to clipboard, kill aol, open up a browser (IE for now) paste url from clipboard to address bar, and
bam!, there I iz, just like I had good sense! I seem to be almost
unable to reach tech help, If the whole fam weren't "hooked" on
the e-mail I'd have lost aol centons ago, back when I got on Charter Pipeline(although I trust them not a bit more, rogues as well)If I was just a smidgen more suspicious, I'd swear its a "ploy"
to encourage me to "upgrade" to their new"8.0"B.S., I place no value on any of the new "features" they've added, I sent a message to them and let them know: If I could reduce the space on my hard drive consumed by "upgrading" I'd do it instantly. They
don't appear to have any consideration whatever about someone
who as I, is simply wanting to save space for stuff I want on my hard drive, like music files and app.s, and photos and app.s...
These take up a lot of space,of which I have precious little!
Sorry to have gotten off into a "rant" I am a little upset.
DOES ANYONE have a list of services or a list of DLLs or processes
which the HOG aol "needs"? THANKS MUCH.........

PS B4 my last HDD tragedy I had found a "Mikes" web-something
which had info about processes in xp or tasks..anyone know of it?

well as to your processes list or what not the closest thing i've come across is a startup list and it lists all known processes and wether or not they can be disabled or deleted. That list can be found here...

as to your AOL problem....uh why not just reinstall?
