In my experience these are usually the memory card reader or chipset driver.

Yes I did try the Asus website, and they do not have any for windows 7 64bit.
I'm pretty sure that it's both of those and my key pad drivers as well. my esata port is not working and my disc drive won't burn discs and my key pad FN key features are out. |
