blue screen on windows 2000 advanced

my computer was working fine until i upgrade AIM. after upgrading it, i had to reboot my computer. but once rebooted, it said "msgina.dll file was corrupt or missing." so i recovered all system files from windows 2000 advanced CD. but it didn't work properly. so i reformatted my computer and tried to reinstall OS. but now i can't install it. it just says "Driver_Unloaded_Without_Cancelling_Pending_Operations." and there is a newly installed driver. but i didn't install any new driver...

it's pentium 4, 1GRAM and SamSung SyncMaster 955DF monitor...

please help...
