Boot to Disc?
Well I got an old IBM that was running Windows XP Hoem and I went to reinstall Windows because it was slow and I guess I lost power while doing it. So, when I restarted computer I'm thinking "Hey, maybe it was done," but it wasnt and now the keyboard will not work and I have no way to get on my account. So is there any other was to boot to disc without using keyboard? I can get into menu like BIOS or whatever it is.

You will need a keyboard. Will you keyboard work in the BIOS? If so just reinstall windows again. If not, are you using a PS/2 keyboard? (the one with pins). If you are, switch to a USB keyboard, they are about $15. If you were using a USB keyboard switch to ps2, or try another usb port\keyboard.

Does the keyboard work when you are in the BIOS ? Does it boot into Windows, but won't let you do anything ?
Lastly, have you checked that the keyboard is connected !?

You can't boot from BIOS. If you have another keyboard, try using that one, see if that makes a difference. Have a feeling that you may have to re-install Windows again though to get it to work.
