I would like to install windows 2000 on a laptop without floppy or cdrom. Can I do this over a network ? I have windows 2003 server installed on another pc. How do I do this ?

can I hack into windows 2000 over network ?
I have a network connection to a pc but i haven't got the password ? Can I get it somehow ?
