BSOD ntoskrnl.exe
I'm getting a lot of BSOD. I'm using BlueScreenView to get the lowdown on them and everytime its ntoskrnl.exe that's causing the problem.
Image Here's the result. I'm not really doing anything intense. Mostly web surfing and working on a website for a class assignment. It's completely random too. I updated my BIOS as well as installed all updated drivers I could find and no luck. Any help is appreciated. System Specs: Windows 7 RTM Ultimate x64 Intel Core 2 Duo E7600 Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R BIOS Version F8 4GB GSkill RAM 2x 500GB Western Digital SATA HDD |

A few questions to help us narrow down a few things:
Where did you get Win7 RTM? Have you installed any new hardware that didn't require drivers, like a hard drive, or a DVD burner? Have you installed any new system-oriented software that might interact with your hardware, like burner software, partitioning software, or disk utilities? Also note that the latest drivers aren't always the best. Sometimes they can interact badly with other drivers, and it can take a version or two to fully sort things out. |
