Hello everybody,
I've installed Apache 1.3 on Windows 2000 Professional, configured httpd.conf to listen to port 80. http://localhost and http://213.10.136.21 is working fine, BUT nobody can connect to my website from the outside using ip adres http://213.10.136.21 or http://213.10.136.21:80 I don't have a firewall installed and the Alacatel USB modem is not configures as a firewall. The main problem is _maybe_ that my machine can't be pinged or connected at all, it resides in stealth mode (why?). There has to be some kind of 'internal firewall' in windows 2000 who blocks all traffic from the outside? Does anybody knows about this? Has it something to do with RPC? DNS? Thank you in advance ! check your icf settings. also, your isp may block port 80.
