cant start rpc server

hey gang.hoping someone can help me out.i think i did i dumb thing here.i have win2k server(nto active direcedtory).i was in computer management -services and i disable telnet..remote registry service...remote procedure call locator...remote procedure call........now after a reboot a get a one or more drivers/services faled to load.......rpc server error.......desktp takes like 2min now to show up

when i right click my computer and scroll to mange np...but as soon as i click on services it says it cant find the local computer...then the services show...but when i try to enable the ones i disabled i cant.if i scroll to tasks they r greyed out...if i scroll to properties it does nothing....when i close out computer managment i cant it says close properties page even thoi i dont see one open


guess i really fooked this one up....................please how can i turn these services on....is there another way?or do i have to reinstall?...i really dont want to .......up untill this point it ran fine and no errors in event viewer.now like a dozen and i canbt even read em......all i can tell u is the soure....service control manager....sigh.i know i ****ed up

oh and i also went to run-mmc- and made a services console to no avail......

ive also tried doing net start "the service i want" and error in return
