Cant Terminate or Delete Program

I have this extremely frustrating problem. When my computer booted up this morning a dialouge box appeared telling me it was reminding me to register my creative products. I click 'ok' and it comes to the error screen that says "Product Registration Has had an Error and Needs to Shut down" or something like that. But when i click 'Dont Send' It just opens te First dialougue box again! I experimented with all the possible options, I tried to boot into safe mode (but DOS crashes if i do that ) I tried to delete it from Explorer AND command with explorer off, but it tells me access is denied. I can't terminate it from Task Manager because as soon as i hit end process another one pops up instantly. I uninstalled the product but its still Coming!!

I would really appreciate any insight into the matter. Thanks.
