Compiling Apache on Windows

Hi,

Im running a webserver with apache2 and php running on windows
due php scripts have access to the same folders as the service user account has i want to restrict them into their user folder

after hours of seeking i found out that can be done with Suexec
a mod from apache

Too bad its not in the binairy version of apache, so i got to compile it myself with that suexec mod

anyone got experience with this, i installed MS Visual basic, but dont come further
