Custom Toolbar Folders displaying part of the Content

Anyone know why custom toolbar folders display part of their content when you lock the taskbar?

See attached for what it looks like before and after I lock the taskbar. (The 2 yellow things on the second image are folders I have within the Doc toolbar. I shouldn't have to see those.)

SOLUTION: Remove and then re-add toolbars (right-click on taskbar: Toolbars).

Note: Items in toolbar will be re-ordered alphabetically when they're added to the taskbar again.
