disabling save as and send in IE?

I have a client that has requested that I disable the 'save as'and the 'send' functions of IE for an upcoming web project. Is there a way to accomplish this or is there another solution?

Thanks in advance...

Another way would be to use the program known as FoolProof (by SSS). They have a way of disabling many random menu items that are "hard coded" into Windows. I believe that those two can be disabled.

A determined user can still look at their local cache for the images. There is no foolproof way of protecting images.
