Install Win7 first, save some room on the HDD. Install WinXP second on the saved partition.

I would also suggest using Micrsoft's VirtualPC and just run a VM inside your Windows 7 host. This way you can have Windows 7 and XP running at the same time. Since you have Windows 7 enterprise you could also download and use, "Windows XP Mode" for 7 Pro, Ultimate, and Enterprise. Both options are free.

Even better, turn on the XP Mode, which is a tightly-integrated fully licensed XP VM. It works much better than building your own XP VM, and much much better than dual-booting. XP Mode is available in many editions of W7, I use it with W7 Pro. You may have to download the XP Mode software from MS, I bought my new workstation from Dell with XP Mode pre-installed.

Use a virtual tool like virtual box or VM to boot xp with in windows 7.
You can use any os with the help of the sofware specified.
