Exchange 2000 Sharing a users Calendar

Hey there,

Im running a Windows 2000 server, with Windows XP clients but not on a domain as some of the clients are Windows XP Home edition!

I want to share "Jim Bloggs" Calendar so everyone else can view his whereabouts each day. I know that to do this i must right click the calendar, go to "Administration" and then select "Allow users to view"

But when i try to do this, the radio button that allows me to select "Allow users to view" is greyed out and i cant make the selection! And i cant see why! Because i have made no selection on the server specifing that users are not allowed to share calendars.

Here is a screen shot of the "greyed out" area:

Please could some one help me on this?

Thanks for any help
