Exporting to csv in outlook 2010

Hi

I seem to have a strange issue. When I export contacts from my Outlook 2010 to csv format (comma separated values (windows)) only few fields are exported (say firstname, lastname, company name) rest of the fields have headers but no information.

Also, when I export to csv from another program I see all the fields are exported, but when I import it into my Outlook only those 3 fields show up in my contacts.

Anyone else has experienced this?

When the field comes up that says, "Finish", be sure you click "Map Custom Fields" first and choose which values to export.
