File Permissions/Security

Hello all! I have a question about File Permissions/Security for Windows 2000 Server. I want to limit users so they cannot "drag & drop" entire folders on our file server. Users can inoccently move an entire Job folder and not know it. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance.

i dont exactly explain reg settings(bad forum experience) because of the potential risk. remember back up your reg, or system. this link is the closest i found to describe this to you, you seem to have a good knowledge of a pc, so this should answer your question.
