Question gvim on windows

Anyone has problem opening file with the gvim on Windows 2000? I got this msg

E68: Invalid character after \z
Hit ENTER or type command to continue

everytime I open a file! It works fine after I hit space, but it's getting really annoying now.

I updated to the newest version gvim 6.2 and it still has the same problem.

Please help.
