HD is 1000GB but I see only 433GB

Hi,
I’m trying to replace my HD (150GB) WXP.
C: = 30GB
D: = 120GBdrives).
I took an image (Norton Ghost) of the system, replaced the HD (new HD is 1000GB), mounted my image.
Now I see
C: = 88GB
D: = 343

Any idea how to fix it?

Thanks, Vl654321

have you tried going into disk management and seeing if the rest of it is there [just might be unpartitioned/unused space].

Is your XP fully up-to-date? Older OS and some BIOS may be limiting the amount of usable space you have on the drive.

Run a program like partition magic or something that will show you all your partitions. You might have a inactive partition, sometimes this happens when you change things up.
Comments on this post
DonR disagrees: disk management should show any "inactive partitions" [i think you meant hidden partition] or
unpartitioned space.

check to see if the entire harddrive space is showing up in your BIOS. [as Doug G has hinted towards]
