Red face Help with multiple instances of OS loaded on machine

Someone help me i'm running windows 7 and Ubuntu and then i run another one windows 7
i thought that the others will be deleted but NOW
I'M RUNNING 3 OS on my lap "HP"
can anyone please tell guide me how to delete previous systems windows 7 "the old one" and ubuntu
when i start my machine i see 3 choices as below:
Windows 7
Windows 7
Ubunntu "Linux"
so i wanna to delete

You have to edit the Windows Boot Loader and remove any unnecessary entries. For future reference, I would recommend using some sort of virtual machine software and loading virtual machines software (such as Oracle Virtual Machine or VMware).
