You need to get the drive utility from your hard drive maker's site. It'll allow you to zero the drive and make it brand new.

if you have the windows 2000 install disk just drop it in, boot from cd, when it gets to the partion display you can delete and set partitions, and after you click install, it will offer you to format, full or quick, ntfs, or fat32. also if you have the 2k cd, explore it, it has a folder named boot disk, get four blank floppy disk, use the utility inside, and you will have a 2k boot disk set.

goto redhat.com download Red Hat 9.. Pop the cd in and restart.. ull forgot what windows was... hehe

yah unless u got an "illegal / crappy copy" u should be able to just pop the Win2K install cd into ur CD Rom restart your computer and be on ur way. Honestly nothing is easier then a Win2K install

hehehe you got a point there... only it'll take weeks to download red hat 9 because of the insanely slow connection here hehehe... anyways i'm currently looking for an "original" copy of win 2k here in my place... those are rare hehehe...
