how to share a software between win98 & win2k server profession
Is it any possible way we can share a software between win98 with win2k professional. Let said Win98 has MS Office application s/w but win2k professional do not have it. So can win2k share the MS Office application via network with win98. Thanks a lot to all first.

If you could share Microsoft applications across the net you would be in violation of the license agreement.

open office is free and does pretty much all that ms office can do and even reads ms office documents and files.
http://download.com.com/3000-2064-1...8.html?tag=list not sure if it is what you want, but worth a look anyway. |

Bullsh1t! It used to be "setup /n", but I can't remember which version this works with. Search the support database at microsoft.com. This is a feature of MS Office, but probably not many other programs support something similar. hth, M.
