IE 6 taking 100% CPU

Hi..Internet Explorer 6.0 is taking 100% CPU time the first time it is opened and it is staying like that for almost 2 minutes until I can start working...What could be the problem?

The text in bold is the problem. When I fixed that using HijackThis,
everything is working fine.

Thanks

Are things still OK for you since removing the BHO using HijackThis?

I am having the same problem on Win2k SP4 and IE6 SP1.
