Internet Explorer v6.0.2800.1106 SP1
Windows 2000 Pro SP3 For some odd reason I cannot view source on web pages anymore... I restored IE6 to all defaults, as well as trying multiple editors under Internet Options > Programs. I also edited the registry key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\View Source Editor\Editor Name And I am still not able to do it... any ideas on what else I could try (besides a different browser )? Thanks alot. |

I've got the same set up as you and had this problem - cleared out my temporary internet files (using tools>options) and then manually went into the local settings>temporary internet files under my profile and deleted a few odd looking cookie files. Restarted IE6 and I could view the source once more. Hope this sorts it for you. I got this info from this link:

The Administrator can also set it so nobody can view the source. I don't know hwo to do it/undo it but I know it can be done. My school admins do it.
