Shouldn't be the case, but perhaps the Win2K partition comes first after all ... this is unscientific, but try to change
Code:
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Win XP"

to
Code:
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Win XP"
. I have no great hope that this helps, but give it a try anyway.
