Internet Explorer Favorites and Homepage

OK, after visiting certain webpages, my homepage is now set on a certain site, and no matter how many time i change the homepage, it still shows up as the same thing everytime I close out of Internet Explorer and then open it back up again. Also, there are three websites that continue to show up in my favorites section no matter how many times I delete them.
Help please, anyone know what I need to do?

Often this is caused by some unwanted spyware/scumware program or activex

Try running spybot to remove this junk, available from http://security.kolla.de

Hey thanks alot for the link. It works perfectly for the homepage problem.

But I still have a favorites problem, no matter how many times I delete them, three favorites always appear back in my favorites folder. The blaster doesn't solve that problem, have any ideas or know of anything that will work?

Use AdAware along with Spybot, it has a slightly different search engine.

Sorry about the late reply. Adaware seems to be doing some good, I just don't know what exactly. The favorites problem is still there, I just learned to ignore it. Do you think it could be caused by me downloading particular games? (which I have done recently)
Once again, if you have any suggestions, please tell, I dont think there are many options left.
