Internet Explorer Independent Execution
The gist of it is that IE opens randomly when XP is loaded..
I have stopped every process but the core XP processes and I found the only way to stop it was by killing explorer.. Any help muchly appreciated..

The only thing that I can think of off the top of my head is to maybe do a search for some spyware using SpyBot Search & Destroy or by using AdAware.
