Thumbs up invisible harddisk

i have two hard disk, i want to make the other harddisk unviewable to others, is it possible then how?

This depends on what goal you want to achieve.
If you don't want others to see the data on it, encrypt it.
If you don't want people to access the hard disk at all, you have to take it out or at least remove the cables from it.

Windows XP (Pro?) has built-in functionality for this, but I have never used it myself, sorry can't tell how to activate it.

There is lots of third party software out there for this purpose, DriveCrypt and PGPDisk, just to name some. I have only used a DriveCrypt demo, but looks good so far...
(FreeBSD and Linux boxen have this functionality built in)

To enable encryption:

Right-click on a folder> Sharing and Security> General tab> Advanced button> Encrypt contents to secure data.
