I have two error messages that come on when I start up windows xp, "memory error kernel 32 at 722:24991841 and 9677:97816545"
I have tried to look into start up programme" start ----run ---msconfig" but cannot get into it as one of the error messages comes up preventing me getting into start up list. Any help would be appreciated. |

did you install anything new, update anything, if not have you run a good virus scan, if a virus scan comes up clean, try system restore first. start /all programs/ accessories/ system tools/system restore. select a date when the computer worked fine.
