NT/2000 on a network, say for instance one of the machines on my network, I can't be locked out of it. I am an admin over the domain, hence I can go to any machine connected to the network, log onto it with my username and password and have access to everything on that computer, then if the employee is gone, just erase them.
Just my 2 cents.
