Hi friends..
I have a strange problmes here with my hard disc. I was haveing some movies downloaded, and i delted them using SHIFT+DEL so i thought that they would be deleted permanently bypassing recycle bin.But after i did this i m not getting free space on my disc.Because all the files and folders on my hard disc are of 5.1 Gb and my hard disc is 10 GB capacity. So it should show free space @ 4.9 GB but it shows only 789 mb free space. Now i wonder where is other memory space. Because when i try to copy file of size 1 GB it says no free space...Wonder some one can give me some suggestion..Please Help me.................. |

How about Start > Search > enter *.* in the search box > once search has completed, click the Size heading to sort files by size > see if some of your old files you tried to delete are still on the disk.
Also use Disk Cleanup in Accessories Also if you use Norton, right click the Recycle Bin and purge Norton Protected Files. |
