mod_rewrite on Windows NT/IIS4

I have 2 sites - one on Apache/Linux and the other on Windows NT4 with IIS4 (long story). Both are database driven and I've used mod_rewrite in .htaccess on my Apache site to convert all my dynamic pages to search engine friendly URLs. However, I can't find a way to do the equivalent on my Windows/IIS website - can anyone point me in the right direction on how to achieve this? Thanx!
