My sound card is screwd

Ive come to decide that my sound card is just screwed. Ive tried 4 different operatingy systems for it and it just wont work.. but thats ok, its just my backup to use when im working on my main computer..

Have you went into your device manager and see if you sound card is showing up?, did it load drivers for it?
