new hard drive questions relating to programs
Hello. I recently got an 80gb hard drive for my birthday. It is installed in my parent's computer, and I was wondering if there was a program that would take selected programs, and change the location of the application from one hard drive to another. I would go through and manually change this, but I have about 100-200 programs to change, and that would take a lot of time. The only problem with the programs staying on the other hard drive is that my parents want all of my stuff off of their hard drive. I have thought of just changing the letters of the hard drive, but then my parents would complain about having to save/install things to a different hard drive (not the default "c" drive). Thanks for helping me solve this problem.

Well, I am going to have a dual boot system, but part of my hard drive will go towards linux, and the other part to Windows XP (already installed on default drive). The files on the Windows partition need to be used for windows, so the linux partition has nothing to do with the windows files.
