new hdd winXP problem
I have bought Serial ata maxtor 6Y080MO disk and epox kra2+ mobo. Windows 98se and XP installed fast without problems and work fine but After i shutdown sytem at startup i have always scandisk . I figured it out that shutdown time is to short and data from my disks cache arent written to disk before shutdown.
I have found patch for windows 98se and now everything is ok.
But i can't find patch under windows XP . I have searczed registry to find something like CacheWriteDelay (as it is under win98+patch) but it is not somethink like that.
Please help me
