ntfs and fat32

Hello, I will like to know what is the difference between ntfs and fat32 and wish one is better.

ntfs is the better one. but you canīt read it on the 9x systems.
the differences are not told in a few words. maybe read on www.microsoft.com . search for "reasons for using ntfs" or similar.
