oh geez...micrsoft wants my inet connection...

Well, its been around for 3 days but just right now I've vistied register again and did a search... probably everyone has seen it before, but for those who didn't -> http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/4/23090.html Long story short - winxp keeps 20% of your bandwidth quoute 'for important applications and in order to maintain network performance' unquote. Yeah....right....

Yes there is a way. In that article (I think) they mention nice utility from some company which takes care of things. Too bad when I used it my network fall and I had to re-configure it all over again So you could use that util, but do it on your own risk
