Pc Wont Shut Down
hello, well since yesterday for some reason when i got to "start>>Turn Off Computer" and then choose "shutdown" or "restart" my pc won't restart or turn off.
I have to go to logoff and then do it that way, the operating system im using is : Windows XP Pro hope someone can help thanks keith
