port forwarding doesn't work like it should

port forwarding doesn't work like it should

Hello there

I have win2k box as a gateway at home, winxp and freebsd boxes bihind it. On my win2k box I've set up port forwarding for ftp port to be send on my xp box and it works just fine, but when I try to set up http and telnet (80 & 23) ports to point on my freebsd box I can't go thru - I just get 404 and timout. Any one has any suggestions?
