Question problem re-allocating deleted partition space

Hi all,

I am using a PC with Windows 98 and Red Hat Linux loaded in two partitions. Basically, it is dual boot.
The status of the partitions are as follows:

PRI-DOS 4032Mbytes
NON-DOS 3891Mbytes
EXT-DOS 133Mbytes

Red Hat linux was loaded in the NON-DOS partition.
Recently, I deleted the NON-DOS partition where linux was loaded.

Now, I face a strange problem.
When viewing the partitions after deleting the NON-DOS partition, it is showing me the rest two partitions, but I cannot re-allocate the 3891Mbytes that was allocated to the NON-DOS partition.

When I am trying to delete the EXT-DOS partition, it gives me a message to the extent that EXT-DOS partition cannot be deleted as long as LOGICAL DRIVES EXIST. Again, on trying to delete the LOGICAL DRIVES, it says NO LOGICAL DRIVES DEFINED.

I really cannot make out anything about the problem.
Any help and suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Thanking U in advance.
